Palermo Bridge

Very well located hotel in the charming neighborhood of Palermo. With Uber, can reach all the Buenos Aires hotspots from the hotel, in minutes. They don't serve breakfast, but the minibar has an electric jar and is stocked with water, coffee, juice, biscuits, cream cheese and jelly, all free of charge. If you want a stouter breakfast, there are several options within walking distance of the hotel - many restaurants, from fast food to fancy. The hotel staff is very friendly, specially Juan.

Very responsive to our inquires prior to check-in. Super friendly and accommodating staff, especially Stuardt who gave us local tips and restaurant recommendations. Great location in Palermo, in the vicinity of many restaurants and within 5 mins walk to the subway.

As an alternative to the centre, hotel location is excellent. Subway station is literally two minutes walking distance and there are plenty of buses on the main street. There are also nice restaurants. Hotel stuff has been extremely friendly and helpful. The room was well equipped with a good selections of coffees, teas and biscuits, water bottles, all complimentary (probably to compensate the lack of bar/restaurant but still very nice).

The property was in an excellent location and was very comfortable. The continental breakfast supplied in our room was very basic and we didn’t really use it. However it was great to have a fridge and a kettle. The staff were exceptional and I would like to make special mention of Alexandra and Emanuel. Both these members of staff made us feel so welcome, more of a friend than a visitor. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect...great location by buses and Subte/Metro. The room was clean and everything worked. Most importantly, the front desk staff was so very kind and went out of their way to guide us on ou first visit to Buenos Aires. Alexsandra was so special....such a warm soul!
